The GRID-un-LOCKED provides a practical, clear, and concise methodology and structure to increasing an individual’s realization of their true-potential and in doing this, facilitates the attainment of their goodwill and goals timeously, by them ..... thinking differently.

The GRID-un-LOCKED, is the product of the experiences and Lessons-of-Life of Tommy White. Changing one’s life, thinking, behaviour, habits, mind, attitude and beliefs.

In the words of Tommy : "I have always had the belief, that everyone has a book hidden somewhere …..

 within themselves! It just needs to be awakened or un-locked, at the right time or in the right place. 

I have ….. at last, reached such a point!"

I have been very privileged to have been exposed to the full business spectrum of Government, Commerce, Institutions, Big Business, Small Businesses, Entrepreneurs, Top class motivational speakers and International presenters and I have learned that Government are good at drafting policy, Academics ‘regurgitate’ the theory, Business has the ability to implement systems, projects and processes, and Institutions have all the research resources at hand. I am a pretty structured type of person and have over the years developed a methodology and models that I believe will be beneficial to all of us.

People can then  ‘cherry-pick’ from the models and apply the ‘pieces’ they believe will be most beneficial to themselves. Most people will know of, or may have come across, most of this information applied in these models, but they have most likely not structured it in their heads or thought logically as to how to apply these processes or this information ….. to themselves and to THINK DIFFERENTLY.

No special tools or equipment is required. The information and exercises are easy to read, easy to do and easy to implement.

The outcome is a dynamic living document that can evolve and get updated, as you develop, change or evolve, through the structure and processes offered.

I attempt to un-lock this grid for you, the individual, so that you too can realize your true-personal-potential and ‘enhance’ or progress, developing as you move forward in life. 

You need to be progressing in the same direction as the business with which you are involved.

After all, “YOU”  are the most important person, as far as “YOU” are concerned.
